Diane Messier lives on a farm within the Japanese Townships, close to the American border, “Frontiers” together with her daughter Sarah and her two sisters, Carmen and Julie. Following a tragic accident, Diane feels continually threatened and even believes her home is haunted. Frightened by her daughter’s actions, Angèle returns from Florida to carry consolation to Diane and attempt to reunite the household clan.
