In mid-90s Boston, an African-American District Attorney roll in from Brooklyn pushing change and structures an impossible partnership with a degenerate yet loved FBI veteran put resources into keeping up the norm. Together they take on a group of shielded vehicle burglars from Charlestown for a situation that develops to envelop and in the long run overturn Boston’s city-wide criminal equity framework.
