In a languid mountain town, “The Mean One” Cindy observes the homicide of her folks by a savage green figure in a red St Nick suit. After twenty years, the Christmas-detesting beast starts to threaten the town again. Cindy tracks down new reasons for halting the animal and saving the occasion.
