Ellis French is a younger, homosexual Black man, rejected by his mom and with few choices for his future, decides to affix the Marines, doing no matter what it takes to achieve a system that will solid him apart. However, “The Inspection” at the same time as he battles deep-seated prejudice and the grueling routines of primary coaching, he finds surprising camaraderie, power, and help in this new neighborhood, giving him a hard-earned sense of belonging that may form his identification and ceaselessly change his life.
