Within the late nineteenth century “The Cursed”, brutal land baron Seamus Laurent slaughters a Roma clan, unleashing a curse on his household and village. Within the days that observe, the townspeople are affected by nightmares, Seamus’s son Edward goes lacking, and a boy is discovered murdered. The locals suspect a wild animal, however, visiting pathologist John McBride warns of an extra sinister presence lurking within the woods.
