Through the COVID-19 pandemic in Seattle, an agoraphobic tech employee “Kimi” discovers proof of a violent crime while reviewing an information stream and is met with resistance and paperwork when she tries reporting it to her firm. To get entangled, she realizes she should face her best worry by venturing out of her house and into town streets, that are stuffed with protestors within the wake of town council passing legislation limiting the actions of the homeless inhabitants.
