In 1914, a British nurse, Anne (Linn Bjørnland), escapes an assault on her outpost in Africa. Hunted by a German-led conflict get-together “Escape Through Africa”, and with assistance from her uncle, a Military Captain (Eric Roberts), and native warriors, she embarks on an epic journey throughout the African hill nation. She should stability bravery along with her pacifist beliefs to ship a local lady safely to her mom, reunite along with her husband, and save a neighboring outpost from a bloodbath.
