Yusuke Kafuku, a stage actor and director, nonetheless unable “Drive My Car”, after two years, to cope with the shortage of his beloved partner, accepts to direct Uncle Vanja at a theater pageant in Hiroshima. There he meets Misaki, an introverted youthful woman, appointed to drive his automotive.
