Frank Martin places the driving gloves on to ship Valentina, "Transporter 3" the kidnapped daughter of a Ukranian authorities official, from Marseilles to Odessa on the Black Sea. En route, he has to cope with thugs who wish to intercept Valentina's protected supply and never let his private emotions get in the way in which of his harmful goal.
